Following this thorough briefing, we will prepare a document which we agree with you and which can then be provided to candidates. This document, the Candidate Brief, will describe your organisation, the role and specifics about the individual sought.
Our methodology is focussed on our goal to deliver to our client a short list of pre-qualified candidates as quickly as possible after agreeing the brief, and to ensure that our candidates are treated impeccably throughout this process.
On appointment we will agree a methodology and timetable for the presentation of candidates and a proposed interview schedule.
