Managing Consultant

Sarah began her recruitment career in 2002, following a career in Sales & Marketing for an Accounting Software company, where she developed her passion for the Accountancy industry. She then joined a local recruitment company looking after the junior Accountancy market before being promoted through the ranks finally to the position of Commercial Division Controller.

Sarah continued her personal and professional development alongside her team, and soon progressed to recruiting in the Senior Finance market, placing Financial Controllers and qualified Accountants, predominantly in Commerce& Industry. She then joined a global recruitment company, recruiting in the qualified market where she continued to develop strong client and candidate relationships. She prides herself on providing the best quality of service for both her clients and candidates alike, understanding fully the needs of both.

Sarah is a Managing Consultant with Source-People Limited. She has direct responsibility for the management and development of our Finance recruitment team, whilst still focussing personally on recruitment within the Qualified Accountancy market, both on a permanent and interim basis.
