Head of Operations

Sarah commenced her career in media with Thomson Newspapers, initially in advertising sales, progressing to general management, with overall responsibility for the production of one of Aberdeen Journals publications.

She began her recruitment career as Branch Manager of a respected national agency in Edinburgh before progressing to a regional role covering North-East Scotland. Latterly, Sarah has enjoyed success within the HR Consulting industry with Croner Scotland as well as in Executive Search with Munro Consulting.

Sarah is Head of Operations for our Aberdeen based activities and has overall responsibility for all contingent recruitment, with both our Professional Sectors and Technical & Engineering teams reporting to her. She is also actively involved with Source-Solutions; a division of Source providing managed consultancy support for our clients.
