Oliver graduated with a BA (Hons) in History & Archaeology from Bangor University in North Wales, prior to moving to Aberdeen in 2007.  He undertook various temporary roles whilst contemplating a career path to focus his attention on.  Assignments included working as a customer relations adviser with a FS company and a stint within an Aberdeen HR department.  Oliver sought to combine his favourite aspects of each role, utilising the people contact skills he developed from his time in FS and assisting with ‘People Development' whilst in HR, and decided on a career in recruitment.

Oliver's interests in law and study of investigative methodologies as part of his degree made him a natural fit to be involved with legal recruitment, being involved with a sector that continues to fascinate him. Oliver is a consultant at Source's Aberdeen headquarters and is responsible for Legal appointments locally.
