Principal Consultant

James has worked within the recruitment industry since 1997. Initially involved in recruiting Industrial and Engineering disciplines, he developed a strong reputation in the local Oil and Gas marketplace. He then progressed into a Senior Consulting role, assuming responsibility for both the development of staff whilst continuing to manage his own client portfolio, this time within the Accountancy sector. In 2003, James returned to the Technical and Engineering market, continuing to drive forward in a Principal Consulting role within a respected global consultancy.

James thrives on working in partnership with his clients, providing a true consultative solution and joined Source early in 2006 to launch our Technical & Engineering Division with this underlying ethos. Under his leadership, the team grew consistently and is now a preferred supplier of consultative technical recruitment solutions to the international Oil & Gas community.

Continuing his own professional development, James has now joined our Executive Search Division where he is a Principal Consultant. He retains a strong portfolio in the UKCS market but is also enjoying a strong focus on International Searches for clients throughout Europe, North America, AsiaPac, the Middle-East and Africa.
