Business Support

Following a career start within Procurement, Avril spent the next 21 years working with the Salvation Army in Aberdeen, where she was the Manager, in charge of all community services.  She was responsible for all aspects of administration, planning, finances and staffing and grew this function over the years from a standing start to having a team of 30 people providing vital community support to the under-privileged and homeless in the region.

Avril brings a wealth of administration, organisational and customer services experience to Source and is delighted to provide a vital contribution to the overall business support team as well as being the first point of contact for all clients and candidates visiting us in Aberdeen.
