Andrew graduated with a degree in Business Management from The University of Aberdeen in 2005. Further to graduating, he worked briefly with a local Marketing consultancy, gaining valuable post-graduate experience.

After careful consideration and counsel with friends and peers, Andrew decided to pursue a career in recruitment. He joined a respected Scottish consultancy early in 2006 where he was initially responsible for the recruitment of interim accountancy personnel. Following success in this market, Andrew sought to further develop his skills and gained experience of permanent recruitment, specifically within Part-Qualified and Accountancy Support markets.

Eager to continue his personal and professional development, Andrew has joined Source where he continues to specialize in the Accountancy market, now focusing on qualified mid-market level, both on a permanent and interim basis.
