Suzy is an expert level Executive Search professional, with strong business experience tied to 12 years of generalist recruiting and business development. Her passion for her profession began in 1996 when she co-founded a retained executive search firm based in Houston. She successfully assisted in the growth and development of the firm over 8 years which resulted in triple digit revenues.

Full cycle client development, recruiting, sourcing and research for C-level to Senior Management in all disciplines such as Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Engineering and Project Management are key attributes Suzy brings to our clients.

As a direct descendant of Sam Houston, 19th century American statesman and politician and first president of the Republic of Texas, Suzy follows the family heritage of leadership, tenacity and diplomacy with her ability to calibrate talent, develop client relationships and deliver solutions quickly and on target.
