Senior Consultant

For the last 35 years Jack has served in senior domestic and international Human Resource management roles in the Oil & Gas industry, having lived in Russia, the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Most recently, since returning from the Middle East in 2005, Jack has acted as an independent consultant to several Energy companies.

Jack began his career with Conoco in 1970. In the ensuing years, he resided in Russia as part of a team that accomplished the successful start up of the first Joint Venture in Northern Russia. In 2001, Jack joined LukOil Overseas Holdings in Moscow as a Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Planning. He was a member of the Management Board of LOH before relocating to Dubai in late 2003 as Director of Middle East Operations.

While living abroad, Jack served in leadership capacities in many civic and social welfare organizations, and believes strongly in giving back to the community wherever one resides. Jack is a Senior Consultant with Source-People, Inc.
