Managing Director

Albert has enjoyed over twenty years in Executive Search in sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Information Technology and Professional Services. He began his career with Executive Search Resources, a regional firm focused on servicing Houston based petroleum companies.

After six successful years he left to become Managing Partner of Infiniti Group, providing retained Executive Search and consulting/research services to large international corporations in North and South America focused in energy and natural resources. Most recently Albert served as Managing Director - Americas for Norman Broadbent, a London based firm.

Albert is a former Board Member of the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a Member of the National Hispanic Chamber. He has participated on several trade delegations into Mexico and Latin America. He is bilingual and has worked on search projects in Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil and Panama all in Spanish as well as vast portfolio of search campaigns carried out in his first language English, throughout North-America, the Middle East and the Far East.

Albert is the Managing Director of Source-People, Inc. and has responsibility for managing all business conducted in North America.
